Ben jij een gedreven professional met ervaring in de logistieke sector en affiniteit voor gevaarlijke stoffen? Bij onze klant, een jong en snelgroeiend bedrijf gespecialiseerd in logistieke dienstverlening van gevaarlijke stoffen, zoeken we een enthousiaste Operations & Compliance Assistant.
**Functiebeschrijving**
Als Operations & Compliance assistant bij onze klant in Machelen zal je instaan voor:
- administratieve ondersteuning van de General Manager
- Data input in het kwaliteitssysteem
- het opleidingsplan van de operationele medewerkers opstellen
- Screeningproces DGLV - MyCareer voor nieuwe medewerkers in orde brengen
- Jezelf laten bijscholen naar Dangerous Goods-expert dmv. externe opleidingen die aangeboden worden via de klant zelf
- Op termijn gaat je takenpakket uitbreiden, zodat je helemaal polyvalent bent om je collega's bij te staan
**Functie-eisen**
Om de functie als Operations & Compliance Assistant te vervullen zijn we op zoek naar iemand die:
- Nederlands
- en Engelstalig is zowel in woord als geschrift (Frans is een mooie plus)
- Kennis heeft van courante Office-toepassingen
- Administratief sterk is
- zelfstandig kan werken
- taken volgens prioriteit kan behandelen
