**Functie**
Als Reward Specialist bij Securex speel je een cruciale rol binnen onze organisatie. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het HR-budget, met een focus op het personeelsbudget, rapportages en budgetprognoses. Securex is volop in ontwikkeling en implementeert momenteel een nieuwe budget
- en workforceplanningtool, in Workday.
Tijdens de implementatie van Workday fungeer je als expert. Dit houdt in dat je je verdiept in de module, helpt bij de modellering, nadenkt over processen en deze test. Zodra dit project is afgerond, ben je de product owner van het HR budget en zal je hoofdtaak bestaan uit personeelsbudgettering en personeelsplanning.
Jouw taken:
- **Opmaak personeelsbudget**: Opstellen en analyseren van het personeelsbudget en de workforceplanning op periodieke basis.
- **Reporting**: Verzorgen van diverse standaard
- en ad-hoc-rapportages via verschillende tools.
- **Process management**: Coördineren, ontwikkelen, optimaliseren en monitoren van reward-processen op een gestructureerde manier. Je optimaliseert tools en processen in overleg met de Reward Director en ondersteunt collega’s, zoals de Reward Specialisten, HR Director, HR Business partners, Financial Business Partner en auditor. Je rapporteert aan de Director HR Reward.
- **Kwaliteitsborging**: Bewaken van de datakwaliteit en de impact van acties en processen. Je neemt proactief initiatieven om de kwaliteit te waarborgen en verder te professionaliseren.
- **Projecten**: Ondersteunen van projecten door passende oplossingen (tools, processen, activiteiten) te bieden en deze concreet uit te werken. Je werkt samen met interne en externe partners.
**Profiel**
Ben jij de Reward Specialist die we zoeken?
- Je hebt een masterdiploma in Finance, HR of een andere relevante richting.
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring in hard HR (payroll, personeelsbudgettering...) of Finance. Diepgaande kennis van payroll en Comp&Ben is een echte meerwaarde.
- Je hebt kennis van alle soorten kosten die deel uitmaken van een personeelskost (niet enkel het bruto maandsalaris is van tel, maar ook andere looncomponenten).
- Je bent bedreven in het omgaan met cijfers en het uitvoeren van analyses.
- Je bent communicatief sterk om met collega's op hoger niveau over budget te praten en te rapporteren. Je kan vlot samenwerken met de collega's van Finance.

- Je bent analytisch ingesteld en werkt gestructureerd. Je bent in staat om snel en grondig complexe materie te begrijpen en toe te passen.
- Je hebt een diepgaande kennis van Excel.
- Naast een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands heb je minstens een basiskennis Frans en een zeer goede kennis Engels.
