Overview / Responsibilities:
Wood is currently recruiting for an Agency Coordinator for our Antwerp Office, with previous experience in coordination for external service contracts.

We offer a fixed term contract 12 months, with possibility of extension.

**Main Duties and Responsabilities**:

- Manage and confirm adherence to the company policies and procedures used to manage the office infrastructure and resources
- Direct all external personnel administration activities including CV screening, setting up interviews, requesting approval, new hire sign up and terminations
- Clerical/administrative responsibilities and tasks to ensure maximum efficiency to support our projects
- Work cooperatively with other team members and managers and provide administrative support
- Communicate effectively with other managers and employees
- Communicate effectively with Tier 1 and Tier 2 service providers, negotiate rates and follow the process until the PO has been sent
- Ensure all documentation is up to date
- Supplier onboarding process
- Maintain a safe and secure working environment
- Ensure security, integrity and confidentiality for the project
- Provide assistance with technical systems, software and related information technology

Skills / Qualifications:

- High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of proven experience in recruitment or with a personnel service provider
- Self-motivation, a proactive outlook and good communication skills
- Ability to technically deal with other disciplines and to coordinate engineering teams
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Strong teamwork, problem solving and communication skills are essential
- Organizational and planning skills
- Problem analysis and assessment
- Work and time management and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
- Knowledge of training and supervisory techniques
- Experience in an international environment is a plus
