We’re hiring commercial talents for our Consumer Sales Team to help us meet our ambitious growth targets.

You’ll join our Benelux Consumer Sales team as an Assistant Account Manager based in Brussels/Antwerp & Eindhoven. You will be working with one of the largest and most innovative brands in the smart home category such as Philips Hue and drive our sustainability goals through our Philips LED portfolio. You will be part our fast growing business with retailers in DIY, Food & Variety and/or online pure players. You are keen to understand our customers goals & challenges and feel energized and excited to work with them to create impactful solutions that are ahead of the market.

What you’ll do

You‘ll be the first point of contact for our retailer, DIY and online business partners, the right hand of account management and the centre of our commercial organization.

Working closely with the Key Account Manager gives you the opportunity to develop your commercial skills and competencies and, if successful, you will start quickly driving your own projects. You're willing to travel a few days a week to our HQ in Eindhoven (HTC).

Key areas of responsibilities- Portfolio Management- Promotion & Phase-in/out management- Sales plan forecasting- Customer data management- Commercial analysis- Developing and executing specific commercial projects

What you’ll need- You have a Bachelor/Master degree- You're fresh graduated- You're ambitious: you want to learn fast and work in a commercial organization with a growth mindset- You've a proactive attitude - always exploring to initiate new business opportunities- You've an analytical and data driven mindset - an understanding of (online) analytics and know how to use data to optimize sales.- You are a team player who likes to work in a cross functional account team together with marketing, sales, demand planning and supply chain management.- You have excellent Dutch/English communication
