**Wat is jouw impact als Technical Support EB bij NN ?**
- ** Je staat in voor de (verzekerings)technische ondersteuning aan de customer care teams binnen de employee benefits afdeling.**:

- **Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt in het geval van verzekeringstechnische vragen, biedt hulp bij berekeningen, geeft advies bij het gebruik van de beheersapplicaties, staat in voor het testen van aanpassingen in deze tools, en zoveel meer**:

- ** Je analyseert de huidige manier van werken en gaat op zoek naar verbeteringen.**:

- **Je speelt een belangrijke rol bij het incident management, waarbij een efficiënte en oplossingsgerichte aanpak belangrijk is. Hierbij ondersteun en begeleid je de eindgebruiker die met het incident geconfronteerd wordt. Dit alles in zeer nauwe samenwerking met de customer care teams en de IT-collega’s, en samen met je Technical Support collega’s.**:

- ** Je staat in voor de opzet en het onderhoud van rekentools.**:

- ** Je staat in voor aangiftes naar verschillende instanties, voor het lanceren van bepaalde specifieke batches, en voor de analyse van de foutenrapporten die daar nadien uit kunnen voortkomen.**:

- ** Je zorgt voor het formuleren van gebruikersvereisten, en voor het uitvoeren of coördineren van de eindgebruikerstesten voor onze beheerstools. Dit doe je in nauwe samenwerking met de customer care teams en met onze IT collega’s.**

- **Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.**:

- **Je hebt minstens 2 jaar ervaring binnen Employee Benefits.**:

- ** Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers en Excel, je bent analytisch en proactief ingesteld.**:

- ** Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands of Frans, en Engels.**:

- ** Je bent sterk in communicatie, kan zelfstandig taken opnemen en samenwerken in team.**:

- ** Je bent flexibel en werkt resultaatgericht.**
