Het Enterprise Risk Management (of ERM) team is verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en onderhouden van een risicobeheerssysteem aangepast aan de omvang en de activiteiten van AG. Een dergelijk system heeft als doel om het Management een integraal zicht te geven op de risico’s die de objectieven van de maatschappij kunnen in gevaar brengen, en om deze risico’s op een gestructureerde manier aan te pakken. AG heeft gekozen voor een gedecentraliseerd risicobeheerssysteem waarbij het ERM team kan steunen op contactpersonen binnen de verschillende activiteitstakken en ondersteuningsfuncties. Een belangrijk deel van de job bestaat dus in het coördineren van risicoanalyses en het kritisch én constructief analyseren van de input die deze contactpersonen geven. Om ons team te versterken, zoeken wij nu een **risk officer**.
De voornaamste verantwoordelijkheden hierbij zijn:
- meewerken, in samenwerking met de verschillende gedecentraliseerde teams, aan de continue identificatie van de voornaamste risico’s waarmee het bedrijf geconfronteerd wordt en in overleg met het Management de meest geschikte aanpak bepalen om deze risico’s te beheren
- technische en redactionele ondersteuning bieden bij de jaarlijkse herziening van de interne beleidslijnen m.b.t. risicobeheer
- meewerken aan de organisatie van de governance-organen die het risicobeheer omkaderen
- ondersteuning bieden bij het redigeren van de ORSA (Own Risk and Solvency Assessment), dat o.a. nagaat in hoeverre AG over voldoende financiële middelen beschikt om haar strategie te implementeren, en dat in verschillende toekomstscenario’s
- ondersteuning bieden bij het redigeren van het InCA (Internal Control Assessment), dat nagaat of de verschillende processen binnen AG voldoende controle-elementen bevatten om aan het Management het nodige comfort te geven over hun operationeel verloop

- Je kan op een **heldere en transparante wijze** een boodschap overbrengen, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands en/of het Frans en hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Engels.
- Je hebt een universitair diploma in een economische, wetenschappelijke of juridische richting.
