As Head of Enterprise Risk Management for Europe, your responsibility lies in ensuring the effective implementation of the company's risk management approach across the European Business Unit and Sectors. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you work closely with sector Managing Directors, Contract Directors, and Risk Champions to proactively identify and mitigate potential risks, thus emphasizing a preventive approach to avoid errors. You will collaborate with the teams on Quality and Safety in the UK and Italy. Through preventive measures and collaboration with other assurance providers, you contribute to maintaining compliance and ensuring business continuity in line with their standards and strategies.

**Profiel**:

- Diploma from IRM or qualifications such as ISO31000 and ISO22301 are a big plus
- Proficiency in understanding commercial contracts and identifying contractual and commercial risks
- Strong problem-solving skills
