**ACCOUNT MANAGER l SALES REPRESENTATIVE l COMMERCIAL EXTERNE l COMMERCIËLE BUITENDIENST**
brico/DIY/werktuigen/bouw
Als **Externe** **Commercieel Adviseur** vormt u de essentiële schakel tussen het bedrijf en zijn klanten. U onderhoudt persoonlijke relaties met uw klanten en ontwikkelt uw toegewezen portefeuille verder door middel van een adequate behoeftenanalyse en prospectie.
- U detecteert commerciële kansen, analyseert en identificeert de behoeften van klanten, en stelt producten, oplossingen en innovatieve diensten van ons bedrijf voor.
- U volgt offertes en lopende projecten van A tot Z op en biedt commerciële ondersteuning aan het sales team.
- U actualiseert het CRM-systeem en verbetert waar mogelijk de verkoopprocessen en prestaties.
- Samen met uw team bent u verantwoordelijk voor het behalen van de doelstellingen.
- U heeft een goede kennis van het productassortiment en u zult actief bijdragen aan en deelnemen aan klantenevenementen en trainingen
**Profiel**:
- Technische opleiding (elektriciteit) en/of ervaring in de sector
- Commercieel ingesteld
- Klant
- en servicegericht
- Leergierigheid
- Sociale/communicatieve vaardigheden
- Goede beheersing Nederlands en Frans
