**Omschrijving vacature**:
Wil je werken voor een bedrijf is volle groei binnen een bewegende sector? Solliciteer snel op onze vacature voor een **Account Manager **voor **Regio **Vlaams-Brabant** en Omgeving.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het tot stand brengen van nieuwe samenwerkingen met prospects met een hoog commercieel potentieel. Je zorgt uiteraard voor de tevredenheid van jouw bestaande klanten en positioneer je als een echte partner voor hun behoeften op het gebied van HR. Je werkt nauw samen met onze verschillende kantoren om een kwalitatieve dienstlevering te garanderen.
- Je prospecteert de Vlaams-Brabant en Omgeving. Je zorgt voor een sterke positionering van Daoust op de uitzend
- en selectiemarkt in verschillende sectoren (arbeiders, bedienden, horeca, industrie, retail,).
- Je hebt een sterke commerciële flair, je detecteert nieuwe opportuniteiten en vertaalt ze in concrete acties en samenwerkingscontracten.
- Als een echte partner heb je aandacht voor de behoeften en verwachtingen van jouw klanten.
- Je prospecteert en ontwikkelt klanten met mogelijk regionale en nationale activiteiten.
- Je biedt gepaste oplossingen aan, je bouwt continue aan een wederzijdse vertrouwensrelatie.
**Uw profiel**:
- Je hebt een relevante werkervaring in een commerciële functie in een dienstverlenende sector.
- Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en hebt een goed begrip van het Frans
- Je bent dynamisch en resultaatgericht.
- Je laat niet snel los en houdt van actief prospecteren.
- Je sluit perfect aan bij de waarden van Daoust en fungeert als ambassadeur : “Welcome to the Family” en “We love solutions”.
