**A Day in the Life**

We offer you a position where you will develop key accounts as well as referral accounts in the defined sales territory (Belux), primarily in the South Wallonia zone. You will develop the market and bring our CRM therapies closer to customers and patients. CRM therapies include implantable and external pacemakers, leadless pacemakers and implantable defibrillators.

**Main tasks/responsibilities**:

- Achieving sales revenue and profit targets by building account relationships, managing account potentials and coordinating service activities for the complete CRM product portfolio in collaboration with the Technical Consultants team.
- Cooperating closely with C-suites.
- Prioritizing account activities and negotiating resources with Country Sales Manager.
- Tender management, contract and terms negotiation, deal closing.
- Developing account sales strategy and planning according to account segmentation with long-, medium
- and short-term perspectives.
- Interfacing with Marketing, Technical Consultants, closely collaborating with the CDS (Implantable Diagnostics) team
- Planning and preparing sales forecasts by account, product and therapy along with proposed meetings/customer activities and investments.
- Attending all required regional and national meetings.

**Must Haves**
- Multiple years of successful Sales experience, ideally in the medical device industry/life-science/pharma environment.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Professional fluency in French (for South Belgium). Being bilingual (French + Dutch) is a strong plus.
- Professional fluency in English (oral and written).
- Cardiology experience, cardiac implantable device experience is a plus
- Strong Team player attitude and ability to cooperate within a team
- Self-starter and ability to work independently and without supervision
- Driver's license
- Computer literacy

**Nice to Haves**
- Clinical and/or technical background.
- Tender Management.
- General product and Therapy knowledge of the defined product scope.
- Proven ability to operate in a matrix environment and work effectively with sales force, physicians, nurses, hospital technicians, and purchasers.
- Experience in the OR environment.
