Overview:
Kemin Food Technologies is searching for a Part-Time Office Assistant, You will provide office support to different managers in the region as to the people who are located in the Office in Herentals. You will have a variety of administrative tasks and responsibilities.

**Responsibilities**:
As a
** part time office assistant** you will be working
**16-20 hours per week offering support to our team of Kemin Food Technologies.**
- Travel management (arranging hotels, flights, transportation)
- Assist with the organisation of sales meetings, conferences (ordering gadgets, arranging travels, )
- Offer administrative support (ordering office supplies, sending parcels, creating reports)
- Opens and distributes mail
- Act as a key point of entry for the organization by telephone and face to face
- Variety of administrative tasks (preparing communications, social media posts, )
Qualifications:

- Bachelor Office Management or similar studies or relevant by experience
- Excellent knowledge in English
- Very good communication skills (written and oral)
