We are looking for an **Inbound Sales Advisor**to spearhead our inbound sales efforts.
Within a team of sales professionals, you will qualify, advise and close the inbound SME deals generated through our website.
**What you will do**:
- With your drive and charisma you build a client portfolio consisting of SMEs across Belgium.
- You understand the needs of our customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs or HR managers)
- You are responsible for the entire sales process, from reaching out to hot leads to guiding customers to order their first cars with us.
- You will develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes / challenges, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise.
**About you**:
- 1- 2 years work experience in a fast-paced environment is recommended
- **Resourceful**:This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things we haven’t done before. You can take independent decisions and initiatives.
- **Eager to learn**: Strong desire to constantly improve yourself.
- **Winner’s mentality**: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
- **Excellent communication** and interpersonal skills.
- **Fluent in English, Dutch and/or French**:
- Affinity for automotive is a plus
- You want to be part of a fast-growing & ambitious start-up
