Een van onze klanten, een snelgroeiende internationale NGO, is op zoek naar een Council Manager.
**Description**
De Council Manager is verantwoordelijk voor relatiebeheer en ledenbehoud van senior executives in toegewezen Programma's. De Manager fungeert als primaire contactpersoon voor leden en deelnemers van Executive Programmes en is verantwoordelijk voor de A-Z van de logistiek na en voor de bijeenkomsten (hybride, virtueel of persoonlijk), inclusief de administratie van toegewezen Producten. De Manager is ook een belangrijke speler in het verbinden van Executive Programmes leden met de kennis ontwikkeld en gecreëerd door de organisatie.
Daarnaast levert de Manager belangrijke bijdragen aan de strategie en operationele beslissingen van de afdeling.
Verantwoordelijkheden:
De Manager van Executive Programs zal:
- Toezicht houden op de vergaderingen van de Raad
- ervoor zorgen dat de leden van de Raad beschikken over de informatie en het materiaal die nodig zijn voor een waardevolle ervaring in de Raad
- De betrokkenheid en het behoud van raadsleden maximaliseren
- Bijhouden van tijdige en nauwkeurige ramingen van de vergaderkosten
- Het factureringsproces ondersteunen om tijdige betalingen te garanderen.
**Profile**
- Je hebt een uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal
- Je hebt een hoger diploma
- Je hebt mínimaal 2-3 jaar gewerkt, bij voorkeur in een klantgerichte rol
- Je bent bereid te reizen
- je hebt ervaring in een rol met relatiebeheer (idealiter met c-level executives)
- Je bent sociaal en servicegericht
- Je bent in staat om op een rustige en professionele manier om te gaan met ongunstige en onverwachte situaties.
