Voor onze Onsite klant Bleckmann met vestigingen te Gent Sint-Amandsberg zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een enthousiaste Onsite Consultant
In deze functie sta je zeer nauw in contact met de klant en de lopende uitzendkrachten.

**Hoe ziet het takenpakket van een Onsite Consultant eruit?**
- Je gaat op zoek naar de juiste kandidaten voor je klant. Je gaat zowel inkomende sollicitaties behandelen, als proactief en intensief op zoek gaan naar de juiste profielen door gebruik te maken van verschillende jobsites en social media.
- Na een positieve telefonische screening, nodig je de kandidaten uit op kantoor te Gent Sint-Amandsberg voor een kennismakend gesprek. Je screent hen op basis van hun kwaliteiten, motivatie en wensen.
- Je maakt de planning op en je merkt dat je nog een aantal plekjes moet invullen. Je belt meteen je geschikte kandidaten op die je gesproken hebt de voorbije week en je zorgt ervoor dat de openstaande plekjes op de planning ingevuld geraken.
- Eens je kandidaten zijn opgestart, zorg je ervoor dat deze goed onthaald worden. Je zal de medewerkers eveneens begeleiden tijdens hun tewerkstelling. Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt van onze uitzendkrachten. Je zorgt ook voor de administratieve opvolging rond hun tewerkstelling (contractbeheer, controle van aanwezigheden, opmaak sociale documenten,..)
- Je zorgt voor een correcte rapportering aan de klant.
**Profiel en vaardigheden**
- Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of je hebt al een eerste werkervaring opgedaan.
- Je bent gepassioneerd voor en door mensen.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en je legt snel nieuwe contacten.
- Je bent een echte doorzetter: geen enkele tegenslag kan je stoppen
- Je bent flexibel naar uren toe, vroege ploeg of dagploeg maakt je niets uit, je bent altijd even enthousiast.
- Vacatures posten, inkomende telefoons beantwoorden, prestaties verwerken en de mailbox behandelen? Je bent een multitasker in hart en nieren en je weet altijd het hoofd koel te houden.
- Je werkt vlot met Excel.
