**Wat ga je doen?**
- Jouw glimlach & verzorgd voorkomen is het visitekaartje van onze klanten.
- Zowel aan het onthaal als telefonisch sta je interne en externe gasten professioneel en vriendelijk te woord.
- Van bezoekersbadges aanmaken tot vergaderzalen reserveren en organiseren, je doet het allemaal met een glimlach.
- Een gezonde dosis administratie schrikt jou niet af.
- Je zorgt voor het reserveren van catering en andere benodigdheden. Hierbij is een goed contact met interne en externe partners van belang.
- Je krijgt de kans om te ontdekken en te doen wat je leuk vindt. Do what you love and do it with love
**Jouw profiel**
- Je bent vlot drietalig (NL/ENG/FR).
- MS Office heeft geen geheimen voor jou.
- Administratieve taken en telefonische contacten spreken je aan.
- Je bent communicatief en professioneel in iedere situatie.
- Je bent een problem solver & creatieve denker.
- Een gevarieerd takenpakket spreekt je aan.
- Je kan een blanco uittreksel van het strafregister voorleggen.
- Je hebt Europese nationaliteit.
- Opgeleid als security agent in PC317 is een plus.
