**Your role**:
The sales support lead coordinates the daily operations of the sales support functions by overseeing all support activities and ensuring that project milestones and department goals are met. This position is a hands one.
**_Coordination _**
- Analyze the support’s needs of the Sales team
- Define the projects needed (prospection, organization of business trips, forecast campaigns, collection campaigns )
- Launch and follow the projects (kickoff meetings, definition of targets, questions,)
- Collection and analysis of results
- Report to the Sales Support Manager on the projects and actions of the Sales Support team
**_When needed, be the back-up of the Sales support team : _**
- Take off work from customer service representatives to allow them to take care of most of the order management of regular and recurring unit orders
- Assist the sales team with any support work such as: calling customers monthly to check their needs with them for the rolling forecast, proactively following up in writing on smaller quotes (during peak season from March to July)
- Marketing support during trade shows
- Creation of credit notes
- Organize sales trips/shows for Area Managers (logistics and visit appointments, hotels, flights, car rentals, write up actions items from the trip and follow their execution)
- Handle market surveys by phone and analyze the answers and report the conclusion and /or recommendations
- Validate new prospects by calling them and communicate details to Marketing dept. and Sales team
**Your profile**:
- You have 3- 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- You can communicate easily in English and French (Fluent level), oral and written. Any additional European language is a plus
- A sales and/or customer service experience is a plus
- You have a very good knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel
