Au sein du département Recrutement et Développement, nous sommes responsable pour "the right (wo)man in the right place". Afin de renforcer notre équipe, nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) HR & Recruitment Coordinator afin de diriger les activités axées sur le recrutement et le développement de nos départements de support.
- Ensemble, avec votre collègue, vous serez en charge de traduire la stratégie vers un plan d'action concernant la politique HR, le recrutement, la rétention et motivation des départements de support;
**Vous diriger un Recruitment & Development Specialist et vous coordonnez les activités générales liées au recrutement ;**:
Vous suivez de près l'évolution du marché de l'emploi et prenez sur base des résultats, des actions sur le plan employer branding en le recrutement. Dans ce cadre, vous travaillez en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe marketing ;
- Vous participez au recrutement et sélection de collaborateurs pour le business qui vous a est confié ;
**Vous représentez G4S sur le plan recrutement et sélection auprès des départements de support et entretenez des contacts avec des conseillers de l'emploi et d'autres organismes ;**:
Sur base des analyses des besoins spécifiques, vous définissez le scope des différents projects HR, vous élaborez un plan de projet en défendez les projets auprès des parties prenants, aussi bien qu'interne qu'externe.

- Vous êtes en possession d'un Master, de préférence en Sciences Humaines ;
**Vous avez minimum 7 ans d'expériences ;**:
**Avoir de l'expérience dans le recrutement, le parcours du marché de l'emploi et pouvoir gérer une équipe est un must absolu **:
**Vous êtes flexible et vous êtes capable de redresser la barre en fonction de l'évolution de la société ;**:
**Vous êtes assertif vous savez comment entreprendre les choses ;**:
**Vous avez un regard critique en démontrez une passion pour le HR ;**:
Vous êtes trilingue FR-NL-ENG.
