**Mission**:
**Wat ga je doen?**
Als PMO Officer sta je in voor het cost management en de rapportering van een of meerdere programma’s ter ondersteuning van de Manager, om te voldoen aan de noden van het management van TUC RAIL of van de klant.
Dit betekent dat je:
de globaalbudgetten, jaarbudgetten, de herzieningen (reforecast) en de meerjarenplans opstelt en de controle hierop uitvoert.
de capacity planning opmaakt op basis van budgettaire mogelijkheden.
over de financiële situatie van de projecten en programma’s rapporteert aan de interne klant, stakeholders, het management en de overheid.
meewerkt aan het implementeren en toepassen/gebruiken van de verschillende processen, tools en goede praktijken met betrekking tot het financieel beheer van de projecten en programma’s.

Comme PMO Officer vous assurez le Cost Management et le reporting d’un ou de plusieurs programmes en support au Manager, afin de répondre aux besoins du Management de TUC RAIL ou du client
Concrètement vous:
établissez les budgets globaux, les budgets annuels, les révisions (reforecast) et les plans pluriannuels et les vérifiez.
établissez la planification des capacités sur la base des options budgétaires
rapportez de la situation financière des projets et programmes au client interne, aux parties prenantes, à la direction et au gouvernement;
**Profil**:
**Wie zoeken wij?**
Je hebt een Master diploma, bij voorkeur richting handelsingenieur, -wetenschappen, toegepaste economische wetenschappen;
Je hebt een uitgebreide ervaring met het financieel opvolgen van projecten en programma’s (budget control, cost control);
Je hebt veel zin voor synthese en analyse met betrekking tot complexe budgetten en meerjarenplanningen;
Je bent communicatief, nauwkeurig, methodisch en autonoom en ook een echte teamplayer die kan werken in een multidisciplinair team
Je hebt een goede kennis van MS Office (Word, Excel,) en SAP. Kennis van MS Project is een pluspunt.
Je hebt een zeer goede kennis van het Nederlands **_en de kennis van het Frans is een pluspunt / en het Frans._**
**Qui cherchons-nous ?**
Vous avez une Master, de préférence en ingénieur commercial, sciences économiques, sciences économiques appliquées.
Vous avez une grande expérience du suivi financier des projets et programmes (contrôle budgétaire, contrôle des coûts)
Vous avez un grand sens de la synthèse et de l'analyse en ce qui concerne les budgets complexes et les plans pluriannuels.
Vous êtes communicatif, rigoureux, méthodique et autonome. Vous êtes aussi un véritable teamplayer qui peut travailler dans une équipe multidisciplinaire
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de MS Office (Word, Excel,...) et SAP. La connaissance de MS Project est un plus.
Vous avez une très bonne connaissance du français **et vous êtes prêt à vous former en néerlandais / et du néerlandais
