Ben jij een ervaren Adviseur EB die klaar is voor een nieuwe uitdaging? Wij zoeken een gedreven persoon die in staat is scherpe analyses te maken en decisionmakers bij de bedrijfsklanten daarover in heldere taal te adviseren. Voor praktische aansturing en werkverdeling zal je plaats van tewerkstelling starten in het kantoor te Kontich.
**Description**
- Je bent in staat om strategische gesprekken te voeren met C-level personen (directiecomité) zodat je goed begrijpt welke noden het bedrijf juist heeft. Daarnaast kan je inschatten of en op welke manier een (modernisering van) Employee Benefits kan bijdragen aan een oplossing
- Je kan bestaande regelingen analyseren, vergelijken en desgevallend nieuwe offertes uitwerken die beter passen bij de klant. Of een mooie besparing opleveren.
- Je kan de conclusies van een adviestraject helder uitschrijven in een adviesnota die bedoeld is voor decisionmakers. En deze indien nodig samenvatten in een presentatie.
- Je volgt adviestrajecten voor prospecten en klanten zelfstandig op en zorgt voor duidelijke instructies en kennisoverdracht richting je ondersteunende collega’s bij een concrete realisatie.
**Profile**
- Je hebt kennis van groepsverzekeringen voor werknemers, het wettelijk kader (WAP, Wet Verwilgen etc.) en krijgt energie van adviesgesprekken op C-level niveau. Je houdt ervan je ervaring en diepgaande expertise in Employee Benefits up-to-date te houden via opleidingen of actualiteit.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en kan complexe materie helder samenvatten. Gesprekken met C-level stakeholders geven jou energie. Je bereidt zo’n gesprekken goed voor en maakt desgevallend een adviesnota of korte presentatie.
- Werknemerspresentaties geven, schrikt jou niet af.
- Franse talenkennis is een grote plus.
- Je kan vlot met Excel werken.
- Ervaring met Brio en verzekeringsplatformen zijn een plus.
