Wij zijn voor onze Air Logistics site in Brucargo op zoek naar een Teamleader Customs.
** Je functie**: Als teamleader Customs sta je in voor het organiseren en coördineren van de douane afdeling.
** Je verantwoordelijkheden**:
- Je bouwt een sterk team, weet hen te motiveren en stimuleert een goede groepsgeest. Je verzorgt de individuele begeleiding van medewerkers. Je kan op een gepaste manier erkenning en waardering overbrengen, en waar nodig medewerkers laten ontwikkelen.
- Je staat in voor het plannen en organiseren van het werk binnen de afdeling zodat de huidige processen correct worden toegepast en uitgevoerd met de juiste discipline.
- Je streeft naar continue processverbeteringen, dit door middel van een analyse van de huidige processen:
- Analyse naar bottlenecks
- Initiatief nemen en uitwerken verbeteringsvoorstellen
- Implementatie en opvolging dmv stappenplan
- Je introduceert gestructureerde/ gestandaardiseerde werkmethodes en en ziet toe op correct gebruik hiervan.
- Je staat in voor de opvolging van de targets en performance van het douane team.
- Je verzekert een goede informatiedoorstroom en staat voor een open communicatie met de Belgische douanediensten.
- Je verzekert de opvolging van briefwisselingen van en naar de Belgische douanediensten.
- Je coordineert en organizeert alle opdrachten die douane specifiek zijn:
- Begeleiding bij controles van de douane
- Opvolgen, bijhouden en rapporteren van KPI’s naar Customs en Operations Manager Air Logistics
**Jouw skills en ervaringen**:
- Je hebt een afgeronde opleiding in Douane of logistiek.
- Je werkt vlot met MS Office.
- Talenkennis: vlotte kennis van het Nederlands en Engels.
- Kennis van de wetgeving inzake douane en de berekening van de verschuldige invoerrechten, BTW en andere rechten.
- Kennis van het NCTS, EMCS en het PLDA-systeem en het gebruik ervan via Streamliner en via de web applicatie.
- Kennis voor het opmaken van douanedocumeten en certificaten.
- Leidinggevende ervaring is een meerwaarde.
