**Functie**:
Voor een chemisch bedrijf in Gent, zijn we op zoek naar een junior **Research and Development** - Project Manager.

Dit is jouw takenpakket:

- Je ontwikkelt detergenten, hygiënemiddelen en reinigingsprocessen voor de professionele textielverzorging. Je doet dit in samenwerking met collega’s van de laboratoria, applicatie
- en engineeringspecialisten alsook met grondstoffenleveranciers en kennisinstellingen.
- Ontwikkeling en optimalisatie van testmethoden en analytische technieken om productontwikkeling te ondersteunen.
- Je ontwikkelt en optimaliseert productieprocessen voor nieuwe producten.
- In samenwerking met jouw juridische collega’s, zorg je ervoor dat de nieuw ontwikkelde producten tegemoet komen aan de Europese en lokale wetgeving. Je ondersteunt de opmaak van ecolabel-certificeringsdossiers.
- Je ondersteunt het field team en verzorgt opleiding waar nodig.
- Je bouwt permanent aan jouw expertise en jouw managementvaardigheden. Op die manier groei je door in verantwoordelijkheden, en word je een volwaardige ondersteuning voor de R&D Manager.
- Je rapporteert aan de R&D Manager

- Je hebt een master opleiding met een stevige basis scheikunde.
- Een eerste werkervaring is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
- Je hebt naast jouw Nederlands, ook een stevige kennis van het Engels.
