**Research Consultant - New Product Development***:
**About Foodpairing®**:
Foodpairing helps CGP companies to launch better products, faster. We support them to develop healthier, more sustainable products by increasing efficiency in the product development process and improving their success rate of product launches. Utilizing a digital twin environment, we test millions of product variations for consumers around the world in a matter of hours.
**Research Consultant - New Product Development**
Foodpairing is currently looking for a Research Consultant specialized in New Product Development and data analysis.
In this role, you will be part of the Solution Delivery team and you will work on new food concepts using our different CFI solutions.
**Responsibilities**:
- You are responsible for executing the product development on core optimisation and new line extensions-
- You outline reports by translating output from the Foodpairing CFI models to actionable insights-
- You are responsible for concept generation and formulation-
- You handle the overall client project communication and client requests on a daily basis-
- You make sure the client is well informed at all stages of the process-
- You manage projects respecting quality, efficiency and timelines-
- You prepare and present new concepts and data-driven insights-
- You communicate in a clear and efficient manner with clients, and strive for a long-term partnership- You are able to detect a clients challenges/needs/worries and you proactively act on them
Who are you?- You have a Master’s Degree in Food Science, Bioengineering, Market Research, or similar-
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar research role in the Food industry and / or you have a background in Market Research and Consumer research for FMCG clients-
- You are data-driven with a mindset that is both analytical and creative-
- You have advanced project management skills-
- You have an excellent level of verbal and written communication skills in English-
- You have a high level of accuracy and strong attention to detail**Bonus points for**:
- Experience in Python and SQL-
- Relevant concept-to-launch experience in a Corporate R&D settingYour attitude and personality- Food is your passion and you are always looking to learn more about it-
