We are looking for a **CSRD Procurement Manager **who is analytical, technical and motivated to join our **Sustainable Procurement and Risk** department based out of our office in **Brussels, Belgium.**

**About the job**:
You will be responsible for preparing, establishing and executing the Procurement reporting for the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive. This includes the identification, analysis, and processing of data, liaising with internal stakeholders, preparing the information to report on, and support the execution of actions linked to the CSRD compliance related to the Procurement team.

**Who you’ll work with**

You’ll work in close collaboration with the Procurement team and partner with various stakeholders within the business including suppliers and regional affiliates.

**What you’ll do**:

- Lead the identification of data sources or external reports, analyse and process the data to prepare the required reporting in line with CSRD requirements.
- Identify KPI’s applicable to the procurement tea, and drive the monitoring and reporting processes
- Lead the collection of information of direct suppliers of UCB and product services sourced by UCB
- Engage with internal stakeholders to ensure common understanding for mandatory compliance with the CSRD.
- Manage human rights potential risks and negative impacts identified following the Supplier Human Rights Due Diligence
- Lead the implementation of a stakeholder engagement process to systematically collect and evaluate the needs, perspectives, and expectations of the value chain workers

- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Experience working within pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of SAP and Qlik databases is beneficial
