Reporting directly to the CFO, the key responsibilities are:

- Drives Business Performance review processes in the country.
- Provides standardized performance analyses to all dimensions in an efficient and transparent manner.
- Ensures that financial results are predictable (through forecast process), reliable (monthly, quarterly, year-end closes) and on-time.
- Implements Group reporting tools and processes across the Country.
- Implements Master Data Management for the Country based on Group directives.
- Ensures all Group policies for Fast Close, cost allocations, measure SLA/competitiveness and ROI, are properly executed in the Country.
- Is responsible for Overhead and Cash (LGO) controlling
- Ensures coordination of Risk & Compliance function (Internal Control framework) within the Country
- Ensures coordination of External Auditor

Main assignments:

- Reliability of Financial Information and Reporting processes:

- Ensures that the reporting is reliable and issued to the Group FP&A on time.
- Organizes the reporting process within the Country for all dimensions
- Drives standardization of FP&A processes, analyses and tools across the Country.
- Ensuring all Group Finance policies, processes and procedures are known, understood and consistently applied across the Country in support of achieving the Group’s Financial objectives,
- Preparing consolidated Country performance analyses.
- Managing the Country consolidated financial performance: profit and loss, balance sheet and cash-flow ratios, treasury and tax affairs
- Provides yearly statutory accounts as well as quarterly/yearly reporting for Work Council
- Consolidating long-range country financial plans.
- Set up of Cash (LGO) Forecast process, responsible for Overhead and Cash (LGO) controlling
- Custodian of Country Fast Close process / project and coordinates change management throughout the company.
- Business Support:

- Providing support to operations through results analysis and insights/explanation on results, KPIs and reports
- Ensuring timely provision of strong, accurate and relevant analytics (data and analysis) transparently to all stakeholders.
- Defining and animating the Country business performance review/forecast process
- Performs all transversal analyses for the Country (Inflation, LGO, LMC, Mobilization, labor/cost productivity, etc).
- Participation as a financial specialist into DBFM(O) schemes
- Activity Reviews: Preparing “One Version of the Truth”:

- Prepares a Monthly Reporting based on a standard Group template, with written Country Financial Comments
- Prepares monthly Operational Dashboard, using standard Group template for Country Leadership Committee, which is also available transparently to be used by all dimensions on a monthly basis. It includes:

- P&L, LGO; and full cash flow
- KPIs, Days of Receivables (DSO)
- SLA monitoring for all dimensions
- etc.
- Prepares and Participates in Monthly/Quarterly Country Financial Reviews, including YTD actuals by Segment, overall profit and cash coherence for the Country, Forecast for P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and KPIs.
- Forecast & Target Process:

- Manages the Country’s forecast & target process, using Group & local tools.
- Prepares analyses of the Country’s Quarterly Forecast
- Provides RegionGroup FP&A with full transparency on Quarterly forecasts and related analyses, in order for this information to be aggregated at Group level by Country, and shared with full transparency and multi-dimensional analytics to all Global dimensions, thereby enabling management actions and further decisions across various dimensions.
- Consolidates all actions and Forecasts & Targets for all dimensions of the Country, so that initial arbitrage is organized at Country level.
- Other assignments, such as.:

- Manages, Engages, Motivates and Develop FP&A team.
- Assists the Country CFO in preparing the Country based financial objectives.
- Prepares preliminary analysis for the Country CFO of the impact of accounting decisions as part of the monthly, quarterly and year-end close processes.
- Ensures coordination of Risk & Compliance function (Internal Control framework including Company Level Controls and Process Level Controls, and management testing) within the Country
- Ensures coordination of External Auditor and interim/year end IFRS/Statutory audits
- Prepares Group presentations for the Country.
- Participates in all projects that impact the Country reporting requirements.
