**PRODUCT MANAGER - BEDRIJFSOPLEIDINGEN**
Salta Group, de grootste particuliere onderwijsgroep van de Benelux. Inmiddels telt de groep meer dan
20 opleidingsinstituten en volgen er zo’n 200.000 white collar professionals per jaar een opleiding bij
ons. In België zijn we actief met de merken **NCOI Learning, Fiscaal Informatief en M&D Seminars**.

Het is onze missie om mensen in staat te stellen **levenslang te leren**, door onderwijs af te stemmen op
de specifieke behoefte op vlak van inhoud, methodiek, aanpak en niveau. We ondersteunen bedrijven
en publieke organisaties bij het aanbieden van opleidingen aan al hun medewerkers, zowel **in open als**
**op maat oplossingen**. Onze kantoren vind je in **Mechelen, centraal gelegen en vlak bij het station**.

Om ons team te versterken zoeken we een enthousiaste **Product Manager - Bedrijfsopleidingen.**

**Wat is jouw rol?**

Als **Product Manager** ben je verantwoordelijk voor de ontwikkeling en het beheren van digitale en
klassikale trainingen voor verschillende professionele doelgroepen.

**Hoe ziet jouw dag er uit als Product Manager? -**

Je volgt de evoluties en trends in de bedrijfswereld binnen de jouw toegewezen domeinen (bv.
Fiscaliteit, Financiën, Accountancy, Logistiek, juridische topics,). Bedoeling is te anticiperen op
opleidingsnoden en flexibel de snel wijzigende context om te zetten in nieuwe
productontwikkeling en content marketing acties.
- Binnen het team van Product Managers verdelen we de portfolio van opleidingen zodat ieder
sterk staat in zijn domeinen en we samen onze ambitie van marktleider steeds weer waarmaken.
- Je hebt daarbij oog voor de opleidingsbehoeften van verschillende types professionals en
begrijpt hun werkcontext en uitdagingen.
- Nieuwe topics en tendensen vertaal je in nieuwe studiedagen en opleidingen, en je zoekt daarbij
ook naar nieuwe (prijs)concepten en leervormen om in de markt te zetten.
- Je draagt er zorg voor dat je bestaande opleidingen ook up-to-date blijven.
- Als goede inhoudelijke netwerker sta je regelmatig in contact met specialisten, auteurs,
beleidsmakers en docenten.
- Je staat samen met je collega’s in voor de vermarkting van de bestaande en nieuwe
programma’s via onze webshops en het beheer van goede relaties met interne en externe
partners.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het realiseren van de targets, het beheer van het budget en de
kosten binnen jouw domeinen.

**Wij zoeken jou: -**

Je hebt bij voorkeur een Master in een menswetenschappelijke richting (Economie, Rechten,)
of minstens een stevige financiële of economische background en een aantal jaren
bedrijfservaring.
- Je interesseert je in de evoluties in de markt en in je vakgebied. Je kan dit zowel conceptueel
kaderen als vertalen naar praktische opleidingen. Je bent nieuwsgierig en leergierig
- Je voelt je thuis in één of meerdere van volgende domeinen: HR, Finance, Fiscaliteit,
Accountancy, Logistiek, Payroll, ICT, Juridische topics,Je beheerst vlot deze materie zonder
zelf in de uitvoering te willen gaan.
- Je hebt een zekere affiniteit met technologie en digitalisering en een uitgebreide kennis van het
office pakket (vooral Excel).
- Je bent een sterke communicator zowel gesproken als geschreven. Je beheerst het Nederlands,
Frans en Engels.
- Daarnaast gaat het netwerken je vlot af, en kan je meedenken met collega’s, docenten en
klanten.
- Je bent een geboren planner en organisator. Hierbij horen ook sterke skills in analyse en logisch
denken.
- Je bent matuur en in staat zelfstandig te werken, maar evengoed ben je een leuke teamgenoot
die ervan houdt samen resultaten neer te zetten.
- Je kan snel nieuwe informatie verwerken en kan snel schakelen bij verandering.
- Omgaan met drukte vind je leuk en doe je graag binnen onze glijdende uren.
