ICARE Executive Search, Cabinet de Recrutement et Chasse de Têtes, recherche pour le compte de son client, un groupe international de l'agroalimentaire un Senior Category Manager pour travailler sur une gamme de produits FMCG.
Rattaché à la Direction Marketing, vous serez responsable de l'élaboration et de la mise en œuvre de la stratégie marketing, sales, category et merchandising auprès des clients retails afin de développer les parts de marché et la présence des produits en magasin.
Pour cela, vous serez en charge de:
- mettre en œuvre la stratégie marketing dans un plan de vente opérationnel utilisant les 4 P (Produit, Prix, Place, Promotion).
- Développer des analyses de marché récurrentes + des recommandations sur les différents leviers (Produit, Place, Prix, Promotion)
- Améliorer le partenariat client - fournisseur
- Traduire la stratégie commerciale des clients en input marketing
- Détecter les comportements d'achats des consommateurs et les traduire en recommandations internes / externes
- Gérer la communication professionnelle vers les filiales / points de vente (B2B)
Profil
Vous disposez d'une première expérience idéalement acquise dans un milieu FMCG.
Vous maitrisez le Français et le Néerlandais.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance de l'analyse du marché et des outils associés (Nielsen, GFK ou équivalent).
