Introduction
Within our Customer B2B Integration, we have a new interesting permanent job opening of Business Systems Analyst - EDI.
This position is based in Leuven and reports to the supervisor of the Business Systems group.
The internal title of this position is Business Systems IT Analyst.
**Responsibilities**:
As a Business Systems Analyst, you will add value to Donaldson by:
- Coordinating and guiding the electronic integrations with our customers.- Focus on continuous improvements to improve processes, user experiences and efficiencies.- Advise Sales teams and Customer service on deployments and changes of Order-to-cash processes and systems- Give trainings on the Order-to-Cash processes, including the creation and maintenance of user guides and manuals- Serving as a bridge between the Business and IT, ideally you have some familiarity with customer service business processes, as well as a strong affinity for systems and data handling.
Qualifications:
- Higher Education (Communication, Marketing, Languages, IT, etc.) with a business oriented background or equivalent through experience.-
- Interested in E-solutions systems and computer programs to make life easier for customer service and customers. Computer/system minded.- Good knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 - Order to Cash is a plus.- Experience in EDI set up is a plus.- Fluent in English (written and spoken). Any other language is an asset.
Soft Skills:
- Accurate and efficient.- Interested in the business processes relating to customer service.- Problem solving attitude.- A good capacity to identify priorities to coordinate multiple tasks and requests within the deadlines.- Prepared to travel on occasional basis- Onsite training will be provided.
