For the Ardena Business Unit based in Gent, we are looking for a
**FACILITY & MATERIAL LOGISTICS OFFICER**
**YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ordering/stockmanagement (ERP)
- _Article creation in the system_
- _Order execution and follow-up_
- _Order receipt both electronically and physically _
- Maintenance, repair & moving
- _Follow-up on office layouts and needs, including moving and mounting of office furniture if needed_
- _Follow-up of third parties, such as for pest control, for HVAC maintenance_
- _Follow-up of facility projects, such as utilities, building and refurbishing a new facility_
- _General maintenance of the facility: small repairs, such as replacing lamps, unclog drains_
- Stock management
- _Article intake for pharmaceutical GMP production_
- _Physical warehousing_
- _Stock control, e.g. expired materials and min/max stock level_
- _Article destructions of overage products_
- Shipment
- _Preparation, communication, execution and follow-up_
- _Shipment of clinical trial materials, samples, and general business items_
- Organizing cleaning
- _ Follow-up on the cleaner’s planning for general lab cleaning, cleanroom cleaning, and lab glass washing_
- Waste management
- _Follow-up on the planning for collection of general as well as specific lab waste, such as solid pharmaceutical waste, wastewater, solvents, contaminated glassware, etc._
**YOUR PROFILE LOOKS LIKE/ RESEMBLES**
- You are familiar with Facility Management or have a natural interest in this field
- You are technically talented and like to take responsibility
- You feel comfortable in a dynamic and growing environment
- You are a problem solver and a team player
- You are punctual
- You have good communication skills in English (written as well as spoken)
