The main purpose of the Sales Marketeer is to drive Sales by using the tool set he/she knows very well: classical marketing measures, from banners to events, from SoMe posts to

Communication with the customer is much more direct and the Sales Marketeer has a unique opportunity: getting first-hand insight into what works and what doesn’t. The position is not ‘above’ or ‘below’ marketing, it is literally just one step closer to the sales end of the funnel.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Enrich central sales campaigns with country or regional initiatives
- Develop campaigns / promotional material in alignment with regional marketing teams
- Set up CRM campaigns, supporting sales in customer segmentation and documentation of initiatives in CRM
- Responsibility for the development and promotion of customer retention activities like Bonus Club on a country or regional level
- Organize and control callouts
- Support sales in organization of sales-supporting events like our Spotlight event, Solution Days, vertical focus-events etc., including the production of promotional material
- Organize and execute webinars together with sales, including tracking of follow-up calls
- Prepare presentations for local and regional sales teams

**Line of reporting**:
Direct superior is the local sales team lead, depending on the line of work (Supply, Solutions or as a Service).

**Targets**:

- Aligned with sales targets: ROI of campaign (Net sales/Margin), number of leads created
- Number of campaigns and events organized
- Number of active customers per month
