To accommodate our growth, we are looking for a positive minded and goal-oriented Sales Manager Africa that is eager to grow the West
- and Central African market.

**About the Role**:
Within our company, Africa is one of our key emerging markets and to sustain our growth on the African Market, we are looking for a Sales Manager Africa.

This position will be executed from our European HQ in Belgium (Mechelen). For this role in a challenging environment we are looking for a very customer centric person with a never-give-up mentality. You will close new deals but also serve existing customers. All this under the guidance of the Regional Sales Director Africa.

**What You'll Do**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in West and Central Africa.
- Act as single point of contact for all commercial activities in this area.
- In charge of the entire sales process: from lead generation over opportunity creation to deal closing and day-to-day management of the sales operations
- Build up & maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders (including distributors / healthcare authorities / ministries).
- Develop territory specific business objectives.
- Prepare the budget, manage and monitor business performance against budget and report to the Regional Sales Director Africa.
- Ready to pack your suitcases at any time and travel to West and Central Africa on a regular basis.

**What You'll Need**:

- You are bilingual in French and English. Any other language is a plus.
- Experience with the West and Central African market.
- You obtained a bachelor degree (or higher) and have a background in business development and sales.
- A positive spirit combined with commercial flair and an open mind.
- Flexiblity, you can easily adapt yourself to different situations and personalities.
- A nice mix of hands-on execution & pragmatic problem solving. You get energized by delivering results.
- Well organized and strong in setting priorities.
- Good analytical skills.
- A passion and ability to build strong relationships with our internal customers and overall stakeholders.
- You are an influencer at heart.
