**Position: Sales Manager - Belgium and Export**

**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and lead a team of approximately 10 B2B Sales professionals
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Belgium and Export markets
- Provide coaching and guidance to the sales team to achieve individual and team targets
- Foster strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in B2B sales management
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Fluent in Nutch, French and English
