**Food Safety Technician**:
Voor onze fabriek in Mechelen zijn wij op zoek naar Food Safety Technician om ons Pringles team te versterken
Pringles maakt deel uit van de Kellogg Company. De fabriek in Mechelen, jouw werkplek, is één van de grootste en belangrijkste productievestigingen van Pringles in de wereld. In België zijn er zo’n 650-tal mensen tewerkgesteld, waarvan meer dan 550 in de productie. In Mechelen produceren we voor export naar Europa, het Midden-Oosten en Afrika. Pringles wordt wereldwijd verkocht en wist je dat er meer dan 30 smaken verkrijgbaar zijn?

**Jouw job**:
De Food Safety Technician ondersteunt de Food Safety Manager in het optimaliseren van SSOP's, het opvolgen van het validatieprogramma en het uitvoeren van het programma omtrent de opvolging van omgevingspathogenen. Hij/zij voert health checks uit op de systemen om de algemene hygiëneresultaten van de plant te helpen verbeteren.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Je ondersteunt de andere Food Safety collega's en bent de back-up van bepaalde taken (bv. pest controle)
- Je bent owner van de Food Safety orders en bent de back-up van Quality orders
- Je neemt deel aan hygiëne audits en kan deze leiden.
- Je implementeert en verbetert SSOP's ter ondersteuning van reinigingsactiviteiten.
- Je bent owner van het opvolgingsprogramma omtrent omgevingspathogenen. Dit omvat het sample plan en risk assessment, alsook het opvolgen van reinigingen en input geven in CAPA's.
- Je bent owner van de verschillende validatieprogramma's. Dit omvat de planning, coördinatie en opvolging voor, tijdens en na de validatie.

- Je hebt proces
- en productkennis
- Je hebt kennis van chemische kuisproducten en -methodes
- Je hebt een basiskennis in microbiologie
- Je hebt een labo achtergrond
