In order to strengthen the Communication and Customer Engagement department, we are creating this new full-time position: Communication Specialist
**Your responsibilities**:
- Give input in the development of the communication strategy.
- Supports the internal communication, ensuring a perfect delivery of information to employees and a favorable attitude.
- Manage projects as well as develop, manage, implement and follow the communication tactics and plan to promote company values, develop a sense of belonging and increase employee engagement.
- Design and development of communication initiatives, tools and content such as internal articles and newsletters, publications for the internal social network, production of videos, creation of dynamic visuals, etc.
- Organization of internal & external events such as breakfasts, Town Halls, Lunch & Learns, panel discussion, thematic days (Christmas day, volunteering day, etc.), and others in collaboration internal and external partners.
- Update of the intranet site, shared drives and other systems within the company and be a force of proposal and innovation.
- Management of administrative tasks related to events, meetings, campaigns, tools and communication content.
- Reporting and analysis of statistics: implementation of monitoring standards as well as qualitative and quantitative evaluation of activities to measure the success.
- Participation in regular team meetings, both within the department and with other local and regional teams in order to share and optimize the communications activities.
- Through internal communication supports the leadership team in the organisational development
- Collaboration on joint initiatives with the EURAM team and human health division in Belgium and the Netherlands.
**Your profile**:
- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in communication, journalism, public relations or another university course with a specialization in communication.
- Strong writing et editing skills, a taste for news and trends, an interest in the health industry.
- Understanding of communication topics.
- Fluent in English, Dutch and French, both oral and written and speak very well in public.
- Master the Office pack, creative software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and web content editor (SharePoint).
- Social media and digital communication knowledges would be a plus.
- Proven track record of projects related to corporate, employee, product/service/customer communication
