**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
De afdeling Digital Business Solutions (DBS) ondersteunt alle businessactiviteiten van Sibelga. Het zorgt ervoor dat Sibelga beschikt over performante processen en een autonoom IT-systeem dat deze processen ondersteunt en dat afgestemd is op de evoluerende behoeften en opkomende technologieën.
Binnen DBS is de dienst IT Production verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de infrastructuur en de bewerkingen van de systemen en toepassingen waarop het informatiesysteem van Sibelga steunt.
**JOUW JOB**:
Binnen de dienst IT Production zoeken we een Team Manager Infrastructure Projects verantwoordelijk voor:
- het beheer van projectenportefeuilles op het vlak van IT-infrastructuur & Veiligheid van de informatiesystemen
- de opmaak van de roadmap infrastructuur en de evolutie ervan
- de uitwerking van standaarden voor IT-infrastructuur en de opvolging ervan voor de verschillende implementaties
- het design van de IT-infrastructuuroplossingen
Meer specifiek, zal je als Team Manager volgende verantwoordelijkheden op u nemen:
- People/Resource Management
- Je garandeert de prioritering van de activiteiten van het team
- Je zorgt ervoor dat de resources afgestemd zijn op de werklast, in termen van noodzakelijke hoeveelheden en profielen
- Je waakt over de dynamiek en de motivatie van het team
- Je garandeert een correcte communicatie, zowel top-down als bottom-up
- Je ondersteunt de individuele ontwikkeling van de leden van je team
- Je staat in voor de voorbereiding van de budgettaire oefening voor de komende jaren van de dienst en garandeert de opvolging van de lopende begrotingen
- Je beheert de contracten van onze dienstenverstrekkers (opvolging van de contracten en de prestaties, herziening van de SLA’s)
- Je maakt de roadmap infrastructuur op en je stuurt de uitvoering ervan aan (1.5 M euro/jaar)
- In samenwerking met de Security Officer stuur je de uitvoering van de roadmap veiligheid aan (1,5 M euro/jaar)
- In samenwerking met de Architectuur zet je de krijtlijnen uit van de infrastructuurprincipes; je ziet toe op de toepassing ervan
- Je keurt de infrastructuurontwerpen die de System Designers uitwerken goed
Om die activiteiten uit te voeren, beschik je als Team Manager over:
- Project Managers: de projectleiders infrastructuur die de Infra-Techno & IT Security projecten en de infrastructuurtracks van de applicatieprojecten aansturen.
- System Designers: de infrastructuuranalisten die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de kwalificatie van de aanvragen die bij de dienst IT Production worden ingediend, het design van de IT-infrastructuuroplossingen en de opvolging van de implementatie ervan in onze systemen.
De Team Manager Infrastructure Projects rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de verantwoordelijke van de dienst IT Production en leidt dus een team van een 20-tal medewerkers.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een universitair diploma in een wetenschappelijke of economische richting
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring op het vlak van team & people management (min. 5 jaar)
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring op het vlak van beheer van projectenportefeuilles (min. 5 jaar)
- Je beschikt over een certificering op het vlak van projectbeheer
- Je hebt erkende vaardigheden op het gebied van IT-infrastructuur (Virtualisatie, Opslag, Cloud)
- Je hebt ervaring in beheersystemen voor IT-processen (ITSM); kennis van Omnitracker is een pluspunt
- Je hebt ervaring met tools voor projectbeheer; kennis van Planview is een troef
- Je kan een grondige kennis aantonen van de ITIL-processen
- Je gaat nauwkeurig en methodisch te werk
- Je bent klantgericht ten opzichte van de gebruikers
- Ervaring in de 'Utilities' sector is een pluspunt
- Je beheerst het Frans of het Nederlands perfect en hebt een goede kennis van de andere taal; op professioneel vlak beheers je het technisch Engels
- Kernvaardigheden: flexibiliteit, stressbestendigheid, klant
- en resultaatgerichtheid, communicatie, analytische geest en kritische ingesteldheid, assertiviteit, organisatie en planning, pragmatisme en reactiviteit, luistervaardigheid en zin voor werken in teamverband.
