In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en be nvloeden van complexe klantvragen en tenders (RFP/RFQ/RFI). Je gaat de eisen en wensen vertalen naar service management componenten en legt de gekozen oplossing vast in een hoog niveau maatwerk service architectuur. Je fungeert op dit gebied als regisseur voor de delivery organisatie en bent verantwoordelijk voor het bepalen van de totale kostprijs, resources, delivery risico's en eventuele beheersmaatregelen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de specialistische ondersteuning aan Sales en werkt nauw samen met het Bidcenter, Legal en de delivery organisatie. Jouw doel is om dienstverleningsmodellen te ontwerpen die uitvoerbaar zijn en die operationeel en contractueel aan de klantvraag voldoen.
Je be nvloedt in verschillende fases van het sales
- en tenderproces op strategisch en tactisch niveau senior managers en beleidsbepalende functionarissen van de klant, zodat de klantvraag zo veel mogelijk aansluit op de mogelijkheden van de Canon delivery
- en supportorganisatie. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de overdracht van het design naar de beheersorganisatie. Kortom, een mooie en uitdagende functie met een brede verantwoordelijkheid waarin je de Canon organisatie echt leert kennen.
Profiel
Wat wij vragen
- Je hebt genoten van een Bachelor of Master-opleiding. Bij voorkeur een diploma in (technische) bedrijfskundige of IT gerelateerde richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- ITIL v4 gekwalificeerd, mínimaal Managing Professional niveau of bereid zijn deze kwalificatie op korte termijn te behalen en in staat om de ITIL methodiek toe te passen;
- Kennis van en relevante ervaring (mínimaal 5 jaar) met complexe IT service management processen en service design trajecten;
- Ruime kennis van software en hardware oplossingen en bijhorende dienstverlening, marktstandaarden (zowel on premise als cloud omgevingen);
- Kennis project management (PRINCE2 methodiek);

Jij bent de ideale kandidaat voor deze vacature als je een sterk analytisch denkniveau hebt en op alle niveaus kunt acteren, met name tactisch. Je bent zeer klantgericht en commercieel ingesteld, waardoor je kunt werken binnen grote sales trajecten. Daarnaast ben je resultaatgericht en kun je prioriteiten stellen en bezwaren wegnemen.
Je hebt zeer goede presentatie
- en be nvloedingsvaardigheden, wat jou in staat stelt om anderen te overtuigen en te inspireren. Uiteraard beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal goed, zowel in woord als geschrift, beheersing van het Frans is een plus.
