**Working at NTT**
- This is a customer facing role, owning the overall technical relationship between the customer and NTT
- Provides technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations,, architectural design sessions, writing proposals, installation, and maintenance of NTT cloud portfolio and managed services
- Solution alignment to business needs and business case
- Contribute to the development of new services to take to market,
- Contribute to proposals and provide specific cloud expertise and service expertise to all parties involved
- Contribute to account plan and transformation roadmap for technical automation, tooling and integration part lead technical workshops
- Responsible to obtain solution sign off from service experts
**Understanding Customer Technical **&** **Services**
- Build up a thorough knowledge of the NTT cloud portfolio around NTT journey to the cloud and the cloud consulting sprints, our delivery and managed services
- Observes colleagues and learns how to gather customer insights (e.g., feedback around technical preferences, environments, business needs) and align with solutions and NTT services.
- Acts as the voice of the customer by learning to identify and share feedback around technical capabilities, gaps, blockers, and insights that relate to the customer with internal teams, (sales and team lead).
**Architecture Design and Deployment**
- Leverages an existing NTT blue print / reference architecture to propose a solution or achieve NTT’s agreed commitments to the customer. Assesses customer needs and gathers information that helps others to identify growth opportunities.
- Solicits input from others to contribute to proposals for viable solutions based on specific technical products and services. Demonstrates basic technical concepts and proves those design solutions capability through design collaboration sessions with the customer.
- Applies foundational technical knowledge of an architecture solution to meet business and information technology requirements and resolve identified technical constraints.
- Supports customer projects as needed for specified architecture solutions by investigating a solution area and assisting in research and testing out concepts.
- Identifies technical blockers (e.g., changing configurations, sample coding) for selected products to accelerate architecture implementations and routes non-technical issues for removal by the appropriate party.
- Applies methodology and governance, as directed, to minimize business and technical risks and adhere to quality assurance while contributing to design or delivery of solutions (e.g. Well-Architected Framework, Enterprise Scale Landing Zone, NTT Cloud Adoption Framework). Demonstrates an understanding of customer conditions of success.
- Each design should be created with NTT services and integration with managed services platforms in mind. Alignment with the NTT portfolio and service descriptions.

- Works with internal teams and building a relationship with CoE technical and service specialists.
- Respectfully challenges customers when going in the wrong direction and escalates appropriately.
- Learns NTT cloud solutions and demonstrates an understanding of NTT's values to customers.
**Thought Leadership**
- Provides input to virtual members (Account team, client partners,) when asked, using knowledge of specific cloud architectures and other relevant products.
- Actively looks for relevant communities to learn from and provide feed-back to the NTT Belgium cloud community
