The primary objective of MS Architecture Management is to manage and co-ordinate the delivery of technology advisory and implementation solutions that extract and maximise business value from MS investments at client sites and /or reduce the cost of doing business. This will include architecture, engineering, and operations services for the MS strategy, innovation, operations, and infrastructure required to deliver efficient and effective platforms fundamental to business success.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Foster Architect community of practice to strengthen collaboration and knowledge sharing across the Architect community in the country and/or region.
- Design client’s MS solution based on our portfolio offers.
- Create standards and tools for new solution architecture and deliver continuous delivery frameworks that will promote and establish a reliable MS business within NTT (Ltd).
- Interface between sub-region/ country Architect Lead and other Service Leads (e.g., Head of Consulting, Head of Support Services, etc.) to develop an integrated solution strategy.
- Manages the sub-region/ country Architects in the relevant MS team - Enterprise Architect, Service Architect, and Platform Architect.
- Provide advice for the MS strategy, innovation, operations, architecture and infrastructure required to deliver efficient and effective platforms fundamental to business success and client satisfaction.
- Accountable for TCV GP of MS bookings.
- Execute MBO-type review of degree of knowledge-sharing and collaboration across regional Architect community.
- Drive the transformation and growth for selling the particular practice across the countries and/or region.
- Use the market intelligence and insights they have gathered to influence MS product requirements.
- Assume people and resource management accountabilities.

- Have a broad level of knowledge across Enterprise Architecture, Managed Services, Service Management consulting, and multiple solutions areas (Business Units), and across domains, delivery units, and geographies
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to think at a tactical strategy level
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders at different levels
- Solid business financial skills. Demonstrable ability to perform cost benefit analysis and manage the budget of a team.
- Strong business negotiation skills, influence, conflict resolution, and political savvy
- A strong vendor relationship is required to ensure an understanding of the vendor’s products business and services positioning
- Display excellent presentation skills, are innovative and have a formidable client orientation aptitude
- Resourceful and confidently handles pressure in critical situations, ensuring at all times that client requirements are met
- Have knowledge in services industry, service delivery models, process improvements, consumption models and multiple MS Portfolio offers and GTM solution areas.
- Expert in core Managed Service Portfolio offer artefacts, techniques, demos, tools and deliverables

**Academic Qualifications and Certifications**:

- Tertiary level - bachelor’s with demonstrated experience; or post-graduate degree with experience in a leadership and management capacity
- Certification and working knowledge of ITIL, Service Management and Integration
- Scaled Agile certification

**Experience required**:

- Experience with and understanding of the deliverables and value proposition of Managed Services within a product marketing context
- Strategic planning experience
- Experience in coordinating the design and implementation of new delivery models in a significant globally federated delivery organisation
- A good understanding of the vast range of IT Service Management and operations
- Proven client engagement and consulting experience coupled with solid experience in client needs assessment and change management
- Demonstrated experience in relevant services and products and understanding of industry best practices
- Proven sales and client engagement experience
- Good vendor relationship management to ensure an understanding of the vendor’s products business and services positioning
