DHL Express is looking for a**Customer Operations Relationship Manager** for its office in Diegem, Belgium. The purpose of the role is to manage complex customer relationships for regional Operations as part of a larger customer facing team.
**YOUR TASKS**:
- Conduct performance reviews for both DHL and customer
- Conduct customer and DHL site visits
- On time delivery of project objectives
- Assess complex reporting or data requests & thereafter develop appropriate processes/solutions/tools as necessary through others
- Participate in monthly/quarterly Business Reviews as required
- Manage the overall Operations performance of assigned MNC customer programs against agreed performance metrics
- Ensure agreed SOP and processes are current and consistently reviewed to meet customer requirements
- Voice of the customer for Network Operations enhancing communication on their needs
- Ensure that any processes developed and implemented for the customer align to DHL’s standard operating processes and procedures
- Coordinate customer after sales activities with relevant functions and countries ensuring all stakeholders understand and provide their input
- Project manage and coordinate the expansion of customer solutions with the relevant functional areas and countries
- Manage virtual Customer Operations teams at local level
- Manage virtual functional teams at regional level
- Manage customer expectations through Sales to ensure the customer promise is realistic
**WHAT YOU BRING**:
- Strong knowledge of Network Operations and workings of DHL
- Highly developed analytical, problem solving and high-level reasoning skills
- Good influencing & communication skills
- Ability to negotiate
- Customer orientated
- Achievement drive and initiative
- Business / commercial acumen
- Quality orientation (accurate, timely, fix it)
- Good Presentation skills
- Effective planning, organization and decision making competencies
- Fluent in spoken and written English. Other languages desirable
- Good level of cross-cultural competency and interpersonal understanding
- Team player
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Technical IT skills is a big plus
- Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience for management levels in Network Operations, Customer Service, or Commercial
- University degree level or equivalent industry experience
