**Position Overview**:
CBTW is seeking a dynamic and visionary Brand Leader to drive the company's visibility, enhance its brand recognition, and foster a strong emotional connection with our audience. This role will be pivotal in ensuring CBTW's global and local communications are aligned, impactful, and reflective of our mission to improve the world through collaboration.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- External Communication & Brand Recognition
- Define and execute a strategic roadmap to enhance CBTW's global visibility and reputation.
- Build and maintain a strong, cohesive, and emotionally resonant brand identity that embodies CBTW's mission and values.
- Position CBTW as a thought leader and innovator in the industry through targeted campaigns, partnerships, and media engagements.
- Leadership and Alignment
- Manage and align local communication teams to ensure a consistent global voice with room for culturally relevant local adaptations.
- Oversee the functional alignment and management of service line marketing leads to ensure coherence in messaging and objectives across all service lines.
- Lead and mentor the Product Marketing Team, ensuring the successful launch and positioning of solutions aligned with CBTW's vision.
- Internal Communication Coordination
- Delegate and oversee internal communication responsibilities through local communication teams, ensuring clarity, cohesion, and efficiency in information dissemination across the organization.
Qualifications:
**Profile Requirements**:
- Proven expertise in brand management, external communications, and marketing leadership.
- Strong ability to balance strategic oversight with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional and international teams.
- Creative, innovative, and emotionally intelligent, with a deep understanding of how to foster audience engagement and loyalty.
- Experience in managing product marketing teams and driving successful go-to-market strategies.
- Proficiency in English is required.
- Master's degree (Master 2 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
