**About You**:
As the Marketing Leader Benelux, you will lead the Consumer Marketing team based in Ede and you will be responsible for the overall strategy and leadership of the full Benelux portfolios. You will drive delivery of Annual Business Plan goals for all brands in the Benelux - including Page®, Scottex®, Kleenex® Huggies® and Depend®. In addition, you will lead implementation and evaluation of the Trade strategy and consumer activation initiatives, as well as you will be focused on growing our people, on building talent and supporting the team (6 FTE) throughout their development.

You will sit on the Benelux Leadership team reporting directly to the Country Manager Benelux.

**YOUR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Leading the Marketing Team (Go-To-Market) to develop and execute Benelux brand strategy, portfolio development, price strategy and innovation plans across the portfolio.
- Owning the P&L of the Benelux portfolio, responsible for the delivery of annual financial and share growth commitments.
- Building effective relationships with key retailers to support delivery of Joint Business Plans and brand activation.
- Working cross-functionally with teams across the Western European business unit, regional and Global sector and marketing teams, to influence results and leverage best practices.
- Evaluating and driving new business development opportunities for the business and elevating marketing capability
- Key member of the Benelux Leadership Team, contributing to the development and delivery of the Benelux Strategic Business Plan, great place to work and people strategy. Execute relevant strategies particularly in relation to talent, culture transformation and leadership capability.

**WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU**:

- Extensive experience in (Trade) Marketing in multinational FMCG companies at a senior level (leadership team of a country business unit)
- Strong strategic marketing skills with proven track record of successfully driving portfolio/category repositioning across markets, new business development and strategies and Customer trade plans.
- Proven track record in delivering market share growth by driving brand strategic development and execution, delivering innovation, leveraging digital and providing strong input to commercial strategy.
- Strong appreciation of the importance of New Product Development and innovation to the ongoing development of a progressive brand-led organisation, with experience of successful NPD launches.
- Exceptional leader of people and talent builder of high-performance teams, with the ability to influence stakeholders in a matrix environment.
- Fluent English and Dutch
