**WHAT WILL BE YOUR MISSION?**

Under the responsibility of your Area Manager based in Geneva, you participate in the implementation of the brand’s commercial and marketing strategy by ensuring its adequacy with the image and positioning of the brand.

**Commercial development of our Maison**
- Responsible for the commercial management of the Benelux Wholesale network and the achievement of quantitative and qualitative objectives.
- Act as a Business Developer to detect new opportunities
- Manage the Wholesale commercial activity considering the commercial objectives, visibility and performance by retailer in the area. Know how to explain and control the implementation of the brand's strategic tools: assortments, automatic replenishment, events space negotiation, animations, tools such as Booster 2.0.
- Develop an annual plan with your Area Manager, to support the development of the brand in the territory, including 360° actions: digital co-op advertising, VM, window animations, CRM...)
- Manage the relationships between retailers, end-clients and Customer Service Department
- Define and ensure the training program for sales teams to promote our brand and our timepieces
- Track weekly activity and monthly analysis of results

**Marketing/Communication**
- Manage and implement merchandising campaigns, in line with HQ guidelines
- Manage and follow the marketing budget - manage reporting to local finance and HQ.
- Organize and develop the Maison’s event activity (special animation windows, press launch, presentation of new collections, etc.)
- Define a media activation plan in collaboration with the HQ - manage requests from press.
- Share the brand's digital content for the wholesale network.

**IS THIS POSITION FOR YOU**?**
- Higher education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent + 4/5, business school), passionate about sales and business development, you benefit from a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience, ideally acquired in a premium / luxury environment.
- High availability, autonomy, commercial and relational sense, analytical and synthesis skills are the qualities expected for this position.
- You like relationships, you are a force of proposals, you know how to manage priorities and emergencies in a demanding universe.
- You are fluent in French, Dutch and English
- You have a good knowledge of computer tools, including Excel. Proficiency in SAP software would be a plus.
- **Very frequent trips within your territory (visits to our retailers 3 to 4 days a week for an increased presence)
