**Position Overview**:Emeria Benelux is seeking an experienced, dynamic, and strategic **Head of Marketing & Communication** to lead and oversee the marketing and communication activities across its operations in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. This role requires a results-oriented leader with a proven track record of driving brand growth, fostering customer engagement, and implementing effective marketing and communication strategies in a fast-paced and competitive environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- ** Marketing Strategy Development and Execution**
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth, brand visibility, and customer acquisition across the Benelux region.
- Align regional marketing goals with Emeria’s global objectives while tailoring strategies to local market nuances.
- Oversee the design, execution, and analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns (digital, social media, traditional, and offline).
- ** Brand and Communication Management**
- Strengthen Emeria’s brand presence in the Benelux market by developing and maintaining consistent brand messaging and identity.
- Manage external and internal communications, ensuring clarity, consistency, and impact in all messaging.
- Build relationships with media outlets, influencers, and other key stakeholders to amplify Emeria’s presence.
- ** Team Leadership and Collaboration**
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of marketing and communication professionals across the Benelux region.
- Collaborate closely with sales, operations, and other departments to ensure cohesive strategies and support business objectives.
- Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and performance within the marketing and communication team.
- ** Digital Transformation and Analytics**
- Spearhead digital marketing initiatives, ensuring Emeria leverages data-driven strategies to enhance customer engagement.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) for campaigns and marketing activities, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, implementing cutting-edge marketing tools and technologies.
- ** Budget and Resource Management**
- Manage the marketing and communication budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Oversee relationships with external agencies and vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness in outsourced activities.

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of **8-10 years** of experience in marketing and communication, with at least **3 years** in a leadership role, preferably in the real estate, property management, or services industry.
- Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth and enhance brand reputation.
- Strong expertise in **digital marketing, data analytics, and CRM systems**.
- Exceptional leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on results and accountability.
- Fluent in French AND Dutch AND English
