**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**MISSION**

You will play a central role in driving our growth efforts, developing the strategy & ensuring its effective implementation while managing a team of marketing professionals. You will double our customers in the next 6 months.

**WHO YOU ARE**
- **Strategic & analytical thinker**:Ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Strong analytical skills to identify market trends, target audience insights, and competitive landscape to drive effective campaigns. Ability to leverage data for identifying growth opportunities and making strategic recommendations to drive results.
- **Leader**: Proven ability to lead and manage a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide guidance, coaching, and support. Ability to set performance targets, conduct evaluations, and foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- **Experience**:extensive experience in consulting, banking, FMCG, or any other commercially oriented background. Proven track record of driving and achieving measurable results and delivering on time
- **Languages**: Native or near-native fluency in Dutch or French and fluent in English
