Momenteel zijn we binnen ““Corporate Branding, Digital Experience & Social Media” op zoek naar een gedreven **“Head of Digital Experience & Marketing”**.
In jouw functie stuur je het Digital Experience & Marketing team aan zodat, samen met de andere collega’s, er volop ingezet kan worden op die initiatieven die het verschil maken voor het merk AG bij het grote publiek, onze distributiepartners en alle andere stakeholders.
Het team Digital Experience & Marketing is georganiseerd in 2 competence centers die alle business en support units die een digitale strategie activeren, ondersteunen**:Performance Marketing en Web & Campaigns Management.**
Als Head of Digital Marketing & Experience bouw je bruggen tussen de marketing
- en communicatieteams enerzijds (om hen te helpen hun behoeften te identificeren en te beschrijven en hen strategisch te ondersteunen in hun digitale transformatie) en de andere competentiecentra op het vlak van IT en datacentra anderzijds (die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de technische implementatie van de oplossingen).
Concreet is dit je rol als Head of Digital Marketing & Experience:
- a) Je beheert de geïntegreerde strategie op het vlak van digitale marketing.
- In nauwe samenwerking met de marketing en technische (IT & Data) teams, bepaal je de visie van AG op korte en middellange termijn wat betreft de inzet van digitale communicatieoplossingen die het best voldoen aan de verwachtingen van onze klanten en de strategische prioriteiten van AG.
- Je definieert de rol, structuur en functionaliteiten die nodig zijn voor de overkoepelende digitale touchpoints van AG.
- Je stuurt de implementatie van overkoepelende projecten op het gebied van web development (sites migration project & herdefiniëren digitale webstrategie) en marketingautomatisering (Adobe Campaign) en beheert het budget.
- Je identificeert en beheert de externe partnerships die nodig zijn om de digitale strategie te implementeren (consultancy en ondersteuning van experts, bureaus gespecialiseerd in marketing en digitale media,...).
- Je blijft continu op de hoogte van trends, innovaties en evoluties in de markt en de concurrentie, en je verspreidt interessante inzichten in onze organisatie.
- b) Je managet een gemotiveerd team van Digital Experts.
- Je organiseert en superviseert de support en begeleiding van het team Digital Experience & Marketing bij projecten en campagnes die voor de business en service units worden uitgevoerd.
- Peoplemanagement: je staat in voor de motivatie, opleiding en ontwikkeling van het team (6 personen), bepaalt hun doelstellingen en beoordeelt hen regelmatig.
- Je meet regelmatig de tevredenheid van de business en service units over de dienstverlening van het team. Zo nodig voer je aanpassingen door in de eigen organisatie.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je hebt bij voorkeur een masterdiploma Marketing, Communicatie of Economie, of een gelijkwaardige ervaring;
- Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in digitale marketing, meer specifiek in marketingautomatisering en digitale branding campagnes
- Je beschikt over een uitgebreide technische ervaring op vlak van CMS, CRM, Web Analytics en Performance Marketing. Grondige kennis van Adobe-tools (Launch, Target, Campaign, Experience) is een pluspunt.
- Je hebt inzicht in de processen en de impact van digitale marketing op IT-ontwikkelingen.
- Je beschikt over ervaring in het management en coachen van een team.
- Je kan projecten vastpakken en van A tot Z opvolgen. Je stelt concrete doelen en realiseert deze met een sterke planning en een goed beheer van middelen. Je kan met deadlines werken, maar je bent ook flexibel genoeg om nieuwe prioriteiten te stellen wanneer je planning onverwacht overhoop wordt gehaald.
- Je bent in staat om je emotionele intelligentie te gebruiken om obstakels weg te werken of stresssituaties op te lossen die eigen zijn aan een samenwerking over meerdere teams.
- Je hebt voldoende overtuigingskracht om je ideeën naar voren te brengen en bij te dragen aan een cultuur van verandering.
- Je kan strategisch structureren en schrijven en je standpunten vertalen naar duidelijke boodschappen voor de business en een technisch publiek.
- Je bent klantgericht in elk aspect van je functie.
- Je bent flexibel en stressbestendig.
- Je bent nieuwsgierig en enthousiast om nieuwe technieken en vaardigheden aan te leren.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
