Als **Head Of Advertising** ben je verantwoordelijk voor het superviseren en ontwikkelen van deze expertise-afdeling bij Universem, onder de leiding van de oprichter en CEO van Universem.

Je zorgt ervoor dat het kennisniveau binnen jouw expertise hoog blijft, dat deze verder ontwikkeld wordt en zowel intern als extern gepromoot wordt. Hiervoor volg je trends, opportuniteiten en evoluties binnen jouw vakgebied op de voet.

Daarnaast speel je een sleutelrol bij het opzetten, beheren en optimaliseren van advertentiecampagnes voor strategische klanten op platforms zoals Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram) en andere kanalen, in samenwerking met een collega-consultant.

**Verantwoordelijkheden**

In jouw rol als** Head Of**:

- ** Actief** op de hoogte blijven van jouw expertise, relevante ideeën **ontwikkelen** en implementeren voor Universem, naar team en klanten;
- ** Creatieve ideeën** voorstellen om klantbehoeften om te zetten in rendabele en duurzame oplossingen;
- Regelmatig **trend-updates** presenteren aan onze klanten en contacten;
- Regelmatig samenwerken met andere Heads Of (SEO & data), **middelen delen** en **geïntegreerde oplossingen ontwikkelen** die voldoen aan de behoeften van klanten door de drie expertises (SEA/SEO/data) te combineren;
- Meehelpen bij het **ontwikkelen en verdedigen van offertes**, **cross-sell** mogelijkheden identificeren en de commerciële tools regelmatig aanpassen (sales pitches, deliverables, enz.);
- Bijdragen aan de **ontwikkeling van marketingmaterialen** met de marketingverantwoordelijke van Universem door input te leveren vanuit jouw expertise (artikels, nieuwtjes, enz.);
- ** Het gezicht van de agency zijn** binnen jouw expertise op externe platforms (webinars, conferenties, enz.);
- ** Consultants ondersteunen en begeleiden** in hun professionele ontwikkeling en toezien op de kwaliteit van het geleverde werk;
- ** Referentiedocumenten aanmaken** binnen jouw expertise, deliverables aanpassen, trainingen opzetten en effectieve routines implementeren;
- ** Technische interviews** afnemen voor nieuwe medewerkers.

**In jouw rol als Senior Consultant**:

- ** Digitale campagnes** opzetten, implementeren en beheren (Google Ads, social media, programmatic, native, DOOH, digital audio, enz.);
- Relevante **KPI’s** identificeren en opvolgen tijdens de campagnes;
- Campagnes proactief verbeteren (targeting, visuals, enz.) via **optimalisaties en A/B-testen**;
- ** ROI** analyseren van campagnes, deze verbeteren en bijhorende rapportages maken;
- Projecten goed beheren en coördineren;
- ** Contacten met klanten onderhouden** (direct/indirect), advies geven en hen op de hoogte houden van projectvoortgang;
- ** Klanttevredenheid verzekeren en voldoen aan hun behoeften en verwachtingen**;
- Klanten informeren over interessante **trends of marktontwikkelingen **om hun online aanwezigheid te verbeteren.

**Profiel**
- Bachelor-, master
- of equivalent diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, e-Business, Management, Bedrijfskunde, Economie of een vergelijkbare richting;
- Minimaal **7 jaar professionele ervaring**, waarvan 2 à 3 jaar in SEA & Online Advertising;
- Grondige kennis van **Google Ads, Meta (Facebook Business Manager)** en andere advertentieplatforms. Kennis van **GA4, Google Search Console en/of Google Looker Studio** is een pluspunt;
- Perfecte beheersing van **Frans of Nederlands**, en een goede kennis van **Engels**;
- Uitstekende **communicatievaardigheden** en het vermogen om complexe informatie begrijpelijk over te brengen aan verschillende gesprekspartners;
- ** Teamspeler**, pragmatisch en altijd op zoek naar de meest effectieve oplossingen binnen context en beperkingen;
- ** Creatief en gepassioneerd door adverteren**;
- Sterke **analytische** en **organisatorische vaardigheden**.
