Your profile:
Qualifications:

- A higher education degree.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Practical knowledge of ADR regulations, customs laws, and Incoterms (training provided for updates).
- Understanding of logistics operations, including road and air freight.

**Skills**:

- Structured and precise approach to work, following established procedures.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate and mitigate potential issues.
- Flexibility to handle shifting priorities efficiently.
- Autonomous after six months of training.

Languages:

- Proficiency in Dutch, French, and English (good understanding for internal communication and external supplier contacts).

- Ensure timely and complete administrative handling of shipments and related reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation for customs and compliance purposes.
