**Société**:
The Belgian Investment Company for Developing Countries (“BIO”) is a development finance institution controlled by the Belgian government that seeks to support the private sector in developing countries by investing in local enterprises, either directly or indirectly (e.g. through financial institutions or investment funds).
**Fonction**:
The IT Coordinator will supports the organization in IT support and in the day-to-day administration of the infrastructure in close cooperation with the IT manager.
He/She is responsible for coordinating daily IT requests from A to Z under the supervision of the IT Manager. He/She will provide assistance with daily hotline requests as well as with the maintenance of the IT infrastructure. He/She will participate in the implementation of various projects and assist the IT Manager in various administrative tasks.
He/She makes sure that the communication with the other departments is smooth and easy to understand.
Finally, he/she is autonomous, rigorous and flexible enough to ensure the continuity of operations in the absence of the IT Manager or of other members of the team.
**Tasks and responsibilities (in collaboration with the IT Manager)**:
Support the IT Manager in:
- The day-to-day management of BIO’s environment Microsoft 365 Admin Center (AD : ADUC, GPO, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online);
- The day-to-day management of BIO’s IT infrastructure environment (Laptops, File Servers, Printers, conference system);
- Assisting the IT Support Engineer in his/her support activities;
- The staging of new IT equipment like new laptops according to department standards;
- Ordering new IT hardware/software;
- Managing 3rd party vendors;
- Managing critical IT business communication and engagement within the office;
- Keeping documentation up-to-date;
- Assisting in the development and maintenance of operational procedures to improve effectiveness;
- Ensuring the onboarding/offboarding process of employees for the IT part (access rights, recovery of IT equipment);
- Cybersecurity Awareness (he/she has a clear view of what security means in IT environment).
**Profil**:
- IT degree or local equivalent;
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with supporting IT (IT Support, IT Network and Systems Administration). Relevant IT certificate (ITIL, Cisco, Microsoft, ) is an asset. Previous experience in an investment company in emerging markets is an asset. Previous professional experience with governmental organizations is also an asset;
- Good knowledge of the daily work of an IT support service and in IT administration;
- Good knowledge in handling incidents, within a Microsoft environment;
- Solution-oriented and autonomous but also a team player;
- Experience with ERP or any CRM tool;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Accurate, rigorous, respecting agreed deadlines;
- Assertive and dynamic personality;
- Analytical & critical mindset.
