Description de la fonction En tant qu#39;IT Operations Coordinator, vous êtes responsable de la gestion des équipes "Infrastructure User Support" et coordonnez les activités opérationnelles quotidiennes dans ces deux domaines. Vous participez, dans ce cadre, au développement et à la mise en œuvre d#39;une vision stratégique pour ces 2 domaines. Vous mettez en place des projets sur le long terme qui contribuent à l#39;optimisation et à la croissance de la division ICT. Vous êtes responsable de l#39;établissement et de la gestion du budget ainsi que de la gestion des ressources dans les domaines concernés. Vous participez à la gestion et à l#39;optimisation de l’infrastructure au niveau serveurs, réseau, sécurité et Identity Access Management (IAM); vous assurez, par ailleurs, la continuité opérationnelle et la disponibilité de l#39;infrastructure ICT. La mise en œuvre des bonnes pratiques en matière de sécurité et de conformité fait également partie de vos tâches. Vous veillez à la qualité du support utilisateurs via la mise en place d#39;un helpdesk et d#39;un support technique efficaces. Vous élaborez des procédures et des directives destinées à accroître l#39;efficacité des services de support et la satisfaction des clients. Vous assurez une communication et des accords clairs avec les fournisseurs externes en matière de niveaux de service et de prestations. Vous identifiez les nouvelles tendances technologiques et évaluer la possibilité de les intégrer dans les services d#39;infrastructure et de support. Vous améliorez en permanence les processus et les systèmes afin de maximiser l#39;efficacité des services. Profil Titulaire d#39;un master en informatique, vous disposez d’au moins cinq ans d#39;expérience dans une fonction dirigeante dans un environnement ICT, axée sur l#39;infrastructure et/ou le support aux utilisateurs. Vous avez une connaissance approfondie des différents domaines de l’infrastructure (serveurs, réseaux, sécurité et IAM). Vous disposez d’une expérience professionnelle dans un modèle PAAS et avez déjà travaillé sur des projets d#39;externalisation de tâches ICT opérationnelles. Vous détenez d#39;excellentes compétences en matière de leadership et de communication. Vous avez une attitude proactive et assertive en ce qui concerne la collaboration avec des partenaires externes. Vous possédez de solides compétences en matière de résolution de problèmes et êtes capable de réfléchir à un niveau stratégique. Vous maîtrisez les deux langues nationales.
