Zo stuur je jouw team keihard richting de inkoop van projecten voor verkoop op commissie of voor afname ter ‘buy & hold’ of ‘ter buy & sell’.

**JOUW UITDAGING**

Je geeft stuwing aan het Project Departement door in te staan voor de acquisitie van de typische (vastgoed)investeringsprojecten van REALIS.

Ter duiding:

- Met acquisitie wordt bedoeld de intake van projecten gespreid in een goed evenwicht over diverse niches zoals zorgvastgoed, student housing en business
- and travel city flats evenals de meer klassieke verhuurappartementen.
- En met intake wordt bedoeld het sluiten van overeenkomsten voor verkoop op commissie tot afname, waarbij REALIS mits een afgesproken timing de exit voor de partner-ontwikkelaar garandeert door de eventueel niet verkochte saldo’s op te kopen.

Zo sta je concreet sta je in voor:

- De detectie, definiëring en prioritering van de opportuniteiten gesteund door de Project Specialisten tot en met de expertise van je CEO met 25 jaar erkende ervaring op te teller.
- Constant contact met ontwikkelaars, van bestaande partners tot de detectie van degelijke nieuwe partners.
- De analyse en de negotiatie van de projectdeals (voorbereiden analyses, interne presentatie aan Inkoop Comité, contractvorming waar nodig in overleg met juristen, lancering,).
- Het goede verloop van de projecten: je volgt de vorderingen van het project op en rapporteert hierover aan de collega-departementen, faciliteert de werkgroepen,...
- De coaching en begeleiding van het Projects-team waarvan je op jouw beurt ook de ervaren steun geniet.
- De communicatie over de projecten als eerste aanspreekpunt met externe en interne stakeholders. Op die manier ben je ook in staat om de rol van ambassadeur voor REALIS op te nemen.

**JOUW PROFIEL**
- Je bent targetgericht.
- Je hebt kennis van beheer, analyse en advies ter begeleiding van projecten in onze focusniches.
- Daartoe beheers je o.a. Excel op hoog niveau.
- Je communiceert zowel schriftelijk als mondeling op een vlotte, duidelijke en gestructureerde manier met sterke negotiatieskills.
- Je bent een teamplayer met oog voor transparante doorstroming van informatie.
- Gezien onze nationale ontplooiing is beheersing van Frans is een must, van Engels is een plus.
- Bij voorkeur beschik je over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma.
- Juridische achtergrond is een plus, geen must.
