Temporary Recruiter Assistant

For an international company located in Mechelen, we are looking for a temporary assistant recruiter. Within this function you will provide support on the pre-selection recruitment process.
Your main responsibilities:
- Administrative support in the recruitment process
Reviewing resumes and credentials for skills, experience and knowledge
- Conducting telephone interviews
- Entering all changes of data in the software system tool
Giving general support to the team, where necessary
- An interest in HR/Recruitment
- A first experience in a relevant position or educational background is preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- You have a pro-active attitude
- Good analytical skills and learning quickly
- Good administrative and organizing skills
- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, and Outlook
- Willing to work for temporary period of +/- 1 year
- Competitive Salary and benefit system (public transport reimbursement, meal vouchers, net allowence for home office)
- Overtime is paid at 150%
- International environment, open communication and continuous learning
- You will work at least 2 days/week at the Office in Mechelen
- 38 hours/week in daytime hours
